The Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) will be used to facilitate awards to Mobile Technical Systems Inc. under the general scope of the statement of work in Section C.

This BOA may be used by any Government agency. Each agency is responsible for completing site-specific fill-ins for any applicable clauses.

This BOA will remain in effect for 3 years from the effective date unless sooner terminated by either party.
